Downloading/Updating the HUAWEI FamCare app

Check whether your phone is running Android 8.0/EMUI 12.0/iOS 13.0 or later. If not, update your phone to its latest version.

Operation	Method
Download	Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in HUAWEI AppGallery and follow the onscreen instructions to download the app.
Update	Go to HUAWEI FamCare > Devices, touch the profile picture in the upper right corner, and touch Check for updates.

Download	Scan the QR code displayed on the product box or the initial startup screen of the kids watch. Touch the Download button next to Download via browser or Download via AppGallery, and follow the onscreen instructions.
Update	Go to HUAWEI FamCare > Devices, touch the profile picture in the upper right corner, and touch Check for updates.

Download	Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in App Store and follow the onscreen instructions to download the app.
Update	Open App Store, search for "HUAWEI FamCare", and touch Update next to the HUAWEI FamCare app.

HUAWEI FamCare does not support rolling back to earlier versions after updates.
