Using the HUAWEI FamCare app to clear cloud data

After clearing cloud data, the deleted information cannot be recovered. You'll need to manually re-add contacts and restore settings. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.

To clear cloud data:

Main admin: Open HUAWEI FamCare, navigate to the Devices screen, and go to General watch settings > Clear cloud data > Clear.

The following describes the data that will be deleted after cloud data is cleared:

• All information set on the kids watch will be deleted, including contacts (excluding admins), workout data, Class Time, Schedule on/off, safe zones, Wi-Fi settings, alarms, and exercise goals. Some features will revert to their default settings, including Bluetooth, blocking strangers, Schedule on/off, and updates (such as automatic updates and mobile data updates).
• After clearing cloud data, Notifications within HUAWEI FamCare remain unaffected. The main admin and common admins retain their roles, with their nicknames, phone numbers, and permissions unchanged.
