For what type of orders and in which countries/regions can I request an invoice?

You can request a digital invoice for an order 48 hours after the payment has been completed using a bank card, Direct Carrier Billing, third-party payment or HUAWEI Points.

You can check your purchase history and order status by going to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history.

  • Invoices will not be available in any of the following circumstances:
  1. If you demand a refund before the invoice is issued, the invoice request will not be processed.
  2. If you demand a refund after the invoice has been issued, the invoice will be invalid. You can only request an invoice 48 hours after the payment is made.
  3. Invoices won't be issued for orders paid with complimentary HUAWEI Points.
  4. Invoices won't be issued for HUAWEI Points top-up orders.
  • For orders paid through Direct Carrier Billing provided by certain carriers, invoices will be issued by the specific carrier, not Huawei.
