Some people may feel fizzy or pressure in their ears when noise cancellation is enabled. You can perform the following to alleviate the issue:
- If you are using in-ear earphones, replace the current pair of ear tips with a smaller pair.
- Use the app to adjust the noise cancellation level or mode. If level or mode adjustment is not available, skip this step.
- If the issue persists, disable Noise cancellation.
- FreeBuds 3i/FlyPods 3/FreeBuds 4i does not offer multiple noise cancellation modes.
- FreeBuds 6/FreeBuds 5/FreeBuds 4E/FreeBuds 4 does not support Ultra mode.
