Problem

When the left and right earbuds are worn by two people during a call, the other party is only able to hear one of the people.

Solution

While both earbuds can receive audio from the other party during calls, only the primary earbud (the one first taken out of the case) is able to transmit audio, because only the primary earbud supports sound pickup. If you need to speak during a call, it is recommended that you wear the primary earbud or use the phone speaker.
