Problem
After the user connects the computer to a 4K external display via a converter, switches the display mode to Second screen only, manually adjusts the resolution to 1920 x 1080, and changes the refresh rate to 29 Hz, the refresh rate returns to 60 Hz and the resolution changes to 640 x 480.
Cause
This issue is related to the design of the Windows operating system.
Solution
Manually adjust the resolution to 1920 x 1080.
