Setting Sounds for Windows startup
  1. Right-click any blank area on the desktop and click Personalize.

  2. Go to Themes > Sounds.

  3. Check the Play Windows Startup sound box. Uncheck the box to disable this feature.

    To use this feature, set Sound Scheme: to Windows Default.
