the Regulation of Out-Of-Warranty Repair Job To All Asia Pacific Authorized Service Centers: This notice
is hereby issued
to announce that starting from 17/2/2019, all the
HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers is compulsory to create OOW repair job in
order to resolve customer’s issue efficiently by following the procedures
stated below. 1. Take
picture and upload in CCP system ·
ASC engineer should take picture of the proof of purchase (POP) or
warranty card, and also the specific damaged part of the device to upload to
CCP system for OOW repair job during detection. 2.
Fill up the solution and customer’s feedback in CCP system · ASC
engineer should fill up solution (including repair solution, flexible
authorization), customer’s feedback during communication and also the final
confirmation result in CCP system.
