Automatic adjustment is not available in screen brightness settings

Problem:

Screen brightness cannot be set to automatic.

Solution:

1. Update your phone to the latest system version.
2. Restart your phone and try again.
3. If the issue persists, back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
