Call audio is played in speaker mode when there is an incoming call after my earphones are connected to two devices simultaneously

Problem

The earphones are connected to two devices. When a call comes in from device B while you are playing a video, game, or using a navigation service on device A, the sound from device A will not pause, but is instead played through its speaker.

Cause

When the earphones are connected to two devices at the same time, the call audio is given priority ahead of media audio on the earphones, resulting in the earphones being occupied by the call from the second device, and the app on the first device being unable to respond to the controls from the earphones. As a result, the audio on the first device is played in speaker mode.

Solution

It is recommended that you manually pause the app on the first device before answering an incoming call from the second device.

Currently, some apps, like HUAWEI Video and bilibili, will automatically pause when there is an incoming call.
