Purchase Skytone packages without requiring an Internet connection

If you are at a SkyTone coverage location outside Chinese mainland but you have not purchased any SkyTone package, you will be entitled of free Internet access, which can only be used for purchasing a package within the SkyTone app. If you exit the SkyTone app without purchasing any package, you will be entitled of free Internet access for purchasing a package, whenever you open the SkyTone app again.
