Unable to open apps downloaded from AppGallery or the apps quit unexpectedly on the HUAWEI Vision

Perform the following steps:

1. Check whether other devices at your home have Internet access. If not, there may be a network error. Try again when the network returns to normal.

2. On the home screen, go to All apps > AppGallery > Me > Check for updates, find the app in question, and check for and install updates.

If the issue persists, call the local Huawei customer service hotline and provide the following information. Our customer service personnel will track the issue.
