Unable to access AppGallery on the HUAWEI Vision

Problem: When the user opens AppGallery, a message is displayed asking the user to switch service country/region.

Cause: Service is not available in the country/region set for your HUAWEI ID.

Solution: On your phone or tablet, go to either of the following paths to switch your HUAWEI ID service country/region to one of the five countries/regions (Malaysia, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Spain, and Russia) where the HUAWEI Vision service is available, then log in to AppGallery on your Vision.

  • Settings > Account center > Settings > Country/Region
  • AppGallery > Me > Settings > Country/Region
