Can't switch to Auto mode on the HUAWEI Vision

Problem:

The picture or sound mode cannot be changed when playing videos on the HUAWEI Vision.

Solution:

1. The current app that is playing the video does not support Auto mode:

   Currently, only the Huawei Video app supports Auto mode. Automatic switching cannot be performed for live TV content, videos from USB devices, or content in unsupported video and audio apps.

2. The current video source does not support Auto mode:

   Check whether a message indicating that the picture/sound has switched to XXXX mode is displayed during the playback of the video. If the video supports Auto mode, this message is displayed during playback. If no message is displayed, it indicates that the video source does not support Auto mode

3. The current video type does not support Auto mode:

   Currently, only movies, sports, children's content, music, and news can be identified.

4. Auto mode is not enabled:

   Check whether Auto mode is selected by going to Settings > Picture > Picture mode.
