Problem
When the laptop is not connected to a power adapter, power saving mode is enabled, and the laptop is connected to a 5 V/1 A or 5 V/2 A charger via a power strip, the laptop can't charge and no prompt displays.
Cause
The 5 V/1 A or 5 V/2 A charger is not compatible with the laptop.
Solution
It is recommended that you use the charger that comes with your laptop instead.
