If the earphones do not reconnect or fail to reconnect to your phone/tablet, perform the following to troubleshoot:
Check how long the earphones have been attached to each other
The earphones will automatically power off if they are attached to each other for more than 15 hours. In this case, press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to allow them to reconnect.
Place the earphones near your phone/tablet
Bluetooth will disconnect if the phone/tablet exceeds the Bluetooth range of the earphones. Place your phone/tablet within the Bluetooth range (less than 10 m) of the earphones and try again.
Check the most recently connected device
Check whether your phone/tablet is the most recently connected device. If not, reconnect the earphones to your phone/tablet.
Manually connect the earphones in PrivateSpace
If you have switched between PrivateSpace and MainSpace on your phone/tablet, disable and then enable Bluetooth, and manually reconnect to the earphones. Alternatively, unpair the phone/tablet and the earphones and then pair with them again.
Restore your earphones to their factory settings
Press and hold the Power button for more than 10 seconds until the indicator flashes to restore the earphones to their factory settings. Then search for and pair with the earphones again.
Move away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference
Move away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference, such as electromagnetic ovens, microwave ovens, or railway stations. Avoid using the earphones in environments with sources of strong electromagnetic interference.
If the earphones are connected successfully, update the earphones' firmware to the latest version.
If the problem persists, take your earphones and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
