Displaying or hiding the desktop language bar on the computer |
By default, the computer's language icon is displayed on the right part of the taskbar. You can click the language icon and follow the onscreen instructions to switch between Chinese, English, and other input methods.
If you do not want the language icon to be displayed, perform the following operations:
- Press Win+I to open the Settings window and go to Times & language > Typing.
- Click Advanced keyboard settings.
- Select the check box next to Use the desktop language bar when it's available to hide the language icon from the right part of the taskbar and display the language bar on the desktop. Deselect the check box to display the language icon in the taskbar.
