What should I do if AppTouch fails to download or install an app because of "No certificate found (Error code: -103)"?

This may be because of network problems or app incompatibility. Try the following possible solutions:

1. Delete the already downloaded app package or stop the ongoing download. Switch to a different network then try to download or install the app again.

2. If the above solution doesn't work, this indicates the app is not compatible with Android 7.0. It is recommended that you open AppTouch, go to Me > Problems and suggestions, and submit a problem description with the information below to our customer service for assistance. We will notify the developer of the compatibility problem.
