Problem
Error code C2 is displayed when the printer is working.
Cause
The printer has detected that the image processing memory is insufficient.
Solution
- Reduce the number of pages that you print each time.
- If error code C2 is displayed when using a mobile phone to print a large document, use the AI Life printer plug-in or a PC instead for printing.
- Restart the printer and try printing again.
