| Measuring lactate threshold on your HUAWEI watch |
- For an accurate measurement of your lactate threshold, please first fill in your Profile info (including gender, date of birth, height, and weight) in the Huawei Health app.
- For optimal accuracy, go to an open area and wait till GPS or GNSS positioning is working properly before starting a measurement.
- Lactate threshold measurements are most accurate when your heart rate remains within a specified range and your pace stays relatively consistent.
- On your watch, enter the app list, and tap Workout.
- You can start a measurement by performing either of the following (depending on your device):
- Tap Outdoor run to enter the workout screen, swipe up to access More, and tap Lactate threshold. Confirm the information and tap OK.
- Tap
next to Outdoor run and tap Lactate threshold. Confirm the information and tap OK.
- Make sure you're able to meet the specified measurement requirements, tap OK, and follow the onscreen instructions to start a measurement.
- After the measurement is done, navigate to Workout records to view the result.
