Problem
The pre-installed Camera app is opened and then the screen is locked. After the user uses Face unlock to access the system, the Camera app displays a message indicating that the camera is being used by other apps and prompting the user to close the apps, as shown in the following figure.
Cause
Face unlock and Camera cannot be used at the same time.
Solution
Exit Camera and then open it again.
