How to take out the FreeBuds SE earphones from the case

Open the charging case:

Press the snap-fit on the groove with both hands and then open the charging case.

Take out the earphones:

Take out the earphones by moving the stem gently. Rotate the stem to find the best position before wearing.

Place the earbuds into the charging case:

• The earphones may get stuck in the case when they have just been delivered from the factory, and this issue can be resolved after the earphones are used for a period of time. This issue also occurs when you do not place the earphones inside properly.
