Unable to use data services on my watch after I activate the eSIM service (One Number Service)

There are multiple reasons why this issue may have occurred. Perform the following operations.

Ensure that the settings on your watch are correct

  • Make sure Cellular Data is enabled on your watch. Method: Go to Setup > Mobile network > Cellular Data.
  • Swipe down on the watch screen and check whether Airplane mode is disabled.
  • Make sure Ultra-long Battery Life is disabled on the watch. Method: Swipe down on the watch screen and check whether Exit Ultra-long Battery Life is displayed.

Check your watch's network environment

When the network signal is weak, the watch may not be able to use data services. Check your phone's network signal. If the network signal is weak, we recommended that you take the watch to a place with a good network signal and try again.
