Please exercise caution when restoring your device to its factory settings, because doing so will delete all of your personal data and reset the device configurations.
- Connect the device to the PC.
- Enter 192.168.8.1 in a browser address bar to log in to the web-based management page. By default, password-free login is enabled on the device's web-based management page. If you have enabled Require password, enter the password to access the web-based management page.
- Go to Advanced > System > Reset, and click on Reset to restore the device to its factory settings.
