| Unable to type in the collaboration window when using Multi-screen Collaboration between my HUAWEI MateBook E Go and my phone |
Problem
When using Multi-screen Collaboration on a HUAWEI MateBook E Go and phone, the collaboration window can't be typed in.
Cause
Multiple apps are hogging GPU resources, which causes the laptop to freeze.
Solution
- When other apps are hogging GPU resources on your laptop, Multi-screen Collaboration can be undermined. In this case, it is recommended that you close any other apps before using Multi-screen Collaboration.
- If there are ongoing downloads via Wi-Fi or there is strong network interference, the collaboration may fail. In this case, it is recommended that you use Multi-screen Collaboration in a strong network environment or switch to another network and try again.
- If the issue persists, feel free to call the Huawei consumer service hotline for assistance.
Thanks for your feedback.
