    A: Extended Warranty will extend the standard warranty period of the device for one year from the expiry of the standard warranty period of the device, namely, it will take effect from 0 o'clock of the day after the end of the standard warranty of your device, and will naturally expire at 24 o'clock of the last day of the Extended Warranty.
  • Q2: I want to buy an Extended Warranty, how do I buy it?
    A: We are currently not selling HUAWEI Care Extended Warranty. However, some selected devices already comes with 1 year Extended Warranty.
  • Q3: My device within the extended warranty period is broken due to the dropping of device. Is this covered under the Extended Warranty?
    A: No, your device cannot enjoy the Extended Warranty. The extended warranty is limited to only non-human damage during normal use of the device.
  • Q4: Does the Extended Warranty cover accessories such as earplugs and chargers?
    A: No, the Extended Warranty does not cover accessories such as power adapters, batteries, headphones, data cables, free gifts, etc.
