1. The current model which support HUAWEI Screen Protection are as following:

2. HUAWEI Screen Protection Service (except Foldable Device):
If the screen of your HUAWEI device is broken or cracked due to accidental collision, accidental drop, or pressure during normal use, you are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original HUAWEI screen and a service fee will be charged for the repair.
The WATCH Ultimate Green edition charges as follows:
If only the screen is replaced, a service fee of PHP599 will be charged.
If other parts of the device are damaged along with the screen, these damages are not covered under the HUAWEI Screen Protection Service. If the screen cannot be replaced due to damage to other parts, or if the replacement could potentially damage the screen, you must first pay for the repair of the damaged parts before using the Screen Protection Service to replace the screen.
3. HUAWEI Screen Protection Service (Foldable Device):
If the main (internal) screen is broken, cracked, or malfunctioned due to accidental collision, dropping, or crushing of the HUAWEI Mate X6 and HUAWEI Mate XT device under normal use, you can use the Screen Protection Service (Foldable Device) to repair it (only one repair service is available, and a service fee will be charged for the repair).
The HUAWEI Mate X6 charges as follows:
If only the main screen is replaced, a service fee of PHP3,999 will be charged;
If only the cover screen is replaced, a service fee of PHP2,699 will be charged;
If the main screen and the cover screen are replaced at the same time, a service fee of PHP6,698 will be charged.
The HUAWEI Mate XT charges as follows:
If only the screen is replaced, a service fee of PHP7,799 will be charged.

5. Paid maintenance
The following situations do not fall within the service scope of the HUAWEI Screen Protection Service, Screen Protection (including the back cover) Service, Screen Protection Service (folding machine) and HUAWEI Authorized Service Center will charge for repairs according to the out-of-warranty standard:
Any unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair of the device by third parties without HUAWEI's authorization;
(1) The nameplate and serial number of the main unit of the equipment are missing, damaged or altered, and it is impossible to determine whether it belongs to the protected equipment;
(2) Damage or loss of accessories or consumables (including but not limited to power adapters, batteries, headphones, data cables) etc.;
(3) Device failure and damage caused by intentional or criminal acts;
(4) Does not affect the appearance of the device's use function, screen scratches, wear or pigment adhesion;
(5) Device failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive contamination, lightning strikes, etc.) caused by war, hostilities, military acts, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, riots, terrorist activities and natural disasters;
(6) Loss or damage of data, programs, software, etc., which are not essential for the device's basic functions;
(7) Device that has exceeded the guaranteed service period;
(8) Device identified as lost or stolen;
(9) The core parts of the device are missing;
The failure caused by the liquid ingress of the equipment is not within the service scope of the HUAWEI Screen Protection Service.
6. The following scenarios are not covered by the service of HUAWEI Care:
(1) Any modification, disassembly, or repair of the host Product without HUAWEI's authorization.
(2) The IMEI/SN of the host Product (charging box) are missing, damaged, or altered.
* It is no longer possible to determine whether the Product is covered under this service.
(3) Accessories or consumables (including charging case, power adapter, battery, data cable) etc. damaged or lost.
(4) Product has exceeded its original warranty period.
(5) Products was sent to third-parties other than HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers for repair.
(6) Product failure and damage caused intentionally.
