During the service period of HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds, if a single earbud of your FreeBuds product is lost or damaged, you can replace the lost or damaged single earbud at the Discounted Price as set out below:

* For better clarity, you can purchase the single earbud at Discounted Price for one (1) time only throughout the service period of HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds.
* The Discounted Price for the single earbud may vary based on the current Normal Price of single earbud on the date you request for replacement, provided always that it will be 50% of the Normal Price.


The charging case and other accessories of your FreeBuds product is not covered by HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds. If both earbuds of your FreeBuds product is lost or damaged, only one earbud can be purchased at the Discounted Price. The other earbud(s) must still be purchased at its normal price based on the Normal Price for spare part as set out at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/support/sparepart-price/.


The service period of HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds:
The HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds is only valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds is only valid until the 11:59PM of the expiration date. For e.g., if you purchase HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds on the 10th January 2022, the expiration date for service is 11:59PM, 9th January 2023. You can inquire about the service through My HUAWEI App or Official Website at Warranty Query.


If your FreeBuds product was replaced (same model) due to manufacturing faults within 7 days of purchase according to our standard warranty policy, your service rights under HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds of your original FreeBuds product will be automatically transferred to the new FreeBuds product replaced and the Service will restart from the date of replacement.


If your FreeBuds product is replaced due to any other reason however (outside 7 days of purchase), the new FreeBuds will only inherit the remaining Service Period of the HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds purchased for the original FreeBuds.If not the same model of FreeBuds is replaced, HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds will be rendered invalid and no refund for the HUAWEI Loss Care for FreeBuds will be provided.

The following scenarios are not covered by the service of HUAWEI Care for FreeBuds:

Any modification, disassembly, or repair of the host Product without HUAWEI's authorization.

The IMEI/SN of the host Product (charging box) are missing, damaged, or altered.
* It is no longer possible to determine whether the Product is covered under this service.

Accessories or consumables (including charging case, power adapter, battery, data cable) etc. damaged or lost.

Product has exceeded its original warranty period.

Products was sent to third-parties other than HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers for repair.

Product failure and damage caused intentionally.

Customer agrees and provides consent to HUAWEI to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Customer for the purpose of participation in this HUAWEI Care Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HUAWEI for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this HUAWEI Care Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

By providing the personal data, Customer indicates that he had read, understood and agreed to be bound by HUAWEI's Privacy Policy stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/legal/privacy-policy/. Customer agrees that HUAWEI and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

By participating in the HUAWEI Care Campaign, Customer agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HUAWEI's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HUAWEI reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

HUAWEI reserve the rights to add, modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions herein at any time without further notice.

Customer agrees to discharge and release HUAWEI and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this HUAWEI Care Campaign or to the Customer's entry in this HUAWEI Care Campaign.

This HUAWEI Care Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Philippines.
