Terms & Conditions
1. Free HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year) - 1 Year 1 Time Accidental Damage Protection (During the service validity period, the repair of the mainboard, front cover, back cover, and camera failure caused by accidental damage is subject to a service fee of PHP1,299 for each component, and other components are repaired free of charge) and 1 Year Battery Replacement (The battery is eligible for replacement if its health drops below 85% during the 12-month coverage period , subject to in-store inspection results).
2. APAC Region Warranty - Joint warranty for countries and regions in the Asia - Pacific region. APAC countries and regions who are selling HUAWEI Pura 80 Series can enjoy official coverage in APAC countries and regions which includes Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Cambodia. APAC Region Warranty coverage is for factory defects only. Customer will still need to visit their country of purchase to claim accidental damage protection.
3. Priority Service - HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra customer who visits the service center will have priority to repair.
4. Free Collection and Delivery- Free deliver and return by courier after repair, with no shipping fee for repair services within warranty period.
