* If the device is still within the warranty period, except for the screen assembly (including battery), other components will continue with the original warranty period of the host. After the Glass of screen is repaired, the replaced battery will continue with the original warranty period or 90-day warranty of the host (whichever period is longer).

  • 1. What are the criteria for participation in the "Glass Screen Repair" activity?
    The device is an official mobile phone product that has not been dismantled, deformed or brought for a private repair. The device has a broken glass screen but functional display, etc. The final test result at the service center shall prevail.
  • 2. How long does it take to replace the external screen on site?
    The process of replacing the glass cover of the screen is complicated, and it is expected to take several hours depending on the actual situation at the service center.
  • 3. Can the external screen repair be 100% repaired? What if the repair fails?
    After the outer screen is impacted by an external force, the internal screen will also be affected by stress and there will be varying degrees of damage. Therefore, 100% repair cannot be guaranteed. If the repair is not successful, or the internal screen is damaged during the repair process, the service center will give you priority to recommend two service options: a special screen (not participating in the repair) or the replacement of a new screen. The repair fee will be charged according to the activity standard.
  • 4. Why aren't all models participating in the "glass screen repair" activity?
    Due to restrictions on the supply of maintenance materials, the replacement of the outer screen glass cover can only cover some models at present, and more models will be gradually covered in the future.
  • 5. Is it possible to participate in the "glass Screen Repair" activity at the same time as other service activities?
    No. The "Taguig City Venice" activity is only available at 1 our ASC.

  • 1. This Campaign is applicable to all Collection points and Postal repair services under the Authorized Service Center’s respective operating hours during the Campaign.
  • 2. During the Campaign Period, Customer will be able to enjoy the One Price for out-of-warranty repair of the Selected Phone Models for Selected Spare Parts at Authorized Service Centers as set out above.
  • 3. The aforementioned One Price for out-of-warranty repair is inclusive of the cost of Selected Spare Parts (as set out above) and labor fee.
  • 4. This promotion is only to replace the Front Glass of selected models, the price is inclusive of labor and material used.
  • 5. Costs for spare parts outside the Selected Spare Parts will still be chargeable. This Campaign is applicable for Selected Phone Models which are purchased in Philippines only. The Selected Spare Parts replaced are entitled for 90 days of warranty starting from the date of repair finish of the repaired device. For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty applies only to the Selected Spare Parts replaced and does not cover damage resulting from mishandling of the repaired device or human induced damage.
  • 6. The stocks of Selected Spare Parts of each Authorized Service Centers are subject to availability and will be supplied on a first come, first served basis.
  • 7. The promotion under this Campaign cannot be enjoyed together with any other promotions of HUAWEI.
  • 8. Customer shall back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in the device to Authorized Service Centers for diagnosis or repair. To the fullest extent permitted by laws, HUAWEI shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.
  • 9. By participating in this Campaign, Customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  • 10. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time. If Customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, HUAWEI reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the Customer without notice. This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
