7. What are the precaution for PC system Reinstallation service?PC system reinstallation is only available for installation of the factory pre-installed system. 1. HUAWEI Service Giving Season is applicable from 15th of November till 31st of December for HUAWEI devices which are purchased from official sale channels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. During HUAWEI Service Giving Season, Customers can enjoy:
a- Labor Free: Which allow customer to repair their devices with zero labors fees, customers only bear the spare part cost, each device is applicable once to enjoy Free Labor Fees one time during offer period, It is not applicable for End of Service Models, to know the Out of Service Models, please

b- Free Screen Protector: Which allow customers to get a free protection sticker, one sticker per device, only applicable for mobiles except the folded models. The free protection stickers are not applicable in eXtra.
c- Free Gift: Which allow customers to get a free gift per each repair, one gift per each repair. Gifts specifications such as size and color are pre-determined by offers organizers and cannot be changed or refunded.
d- PC System Reinstallation: Which allow customers to re-install their laptop’s operating system to fix bugs and improve laptop performance, only applicable for laptops which are purchased during the previous 5 Years, please make sure to backup your data before applying to this service, the service provider is not responsible for any data loss after system re-installation.
