Problem

Double-tapping a file using a stylus only works occasionally on HUAWEI MateBook 14 Core Ultra with its screen not fixed.

Cause

When the HUAWEI MateBook 14 Core Ultra's screen is not fixed, touching the screen will cause the screen to shake. As a result, the distance between the positions of each tap would exceed the supported range for a double-tap. If so, the system will take the double-tap as two single taps.

Solution

1. Hold the screen with your hand or other support when double-tapping a file or folder using the stylus.
2. Make sure that you tap the same position in case that the system misidentifies your double-tap as two single taps.
