1. What are Points?
Points are given to and used by users who have registered and logged in with a HUAWEI ID, hereinafter referred to as "users" via official Huawei channels, such as the Huawei Store app, the My HUAWEI app, or the official Huawei website, and etc. Users can earn Points from making purchases, and use them to get discounts when buying HUAWEI products from the official Huawei channels. 2. How can I get Points?
Users earn Points as a reward after purchasing Huawei products through official HUAWEI channels. The number of Points you receive is based on the final amount you pay, any amount off from using things such as coupons and Points will not be included.
If you return an item, the system will deduct the Points you received from your account when the return is finished.
3. How can I use my Points?
Points can be used as discounts when making a purchase through an official Huawei channel. Points can only be used for a maximum of 20% of the total purchase price for eligible orders, and cannot be used to pay for an entire order, the deductible amount will be shown in the order summary.
4. Do Points expire?
Points are automatically added to your account after you complete a purchase. Points are valid until December 31st of the second year you received them. You can see how many Points are expiring soon in the User Center. Once expired, Points cannot be used, this will be reflected in your number of Points.
5. Can I transfer my Points to another user?
You can only use Points for your own orders, Points are non-transferable.
6. What is the difference between Points and Energy?
Points are earned by making purchases and can be used as a discount on other orders. Energy is earned by being active and participating in official events via Huawei's various official channels. Each user receives a membership level based on their Energy value, a higher level gives you more benefits. Energy cannot be used for discounts on orders in any manner.
7. Rules on cheating
If a user is found to have gained or used Points by illegal methods, including but not limited to using programs, placing invalid orders, taking advantage of system loopholes, or cheating in activities, and etc., Huawei reserves the right to retract the Points, and will deduct some or all of the Points from the user's account based on the severity of the violation. If the Points gained through illegal methods have already been used by the user, Huawei reserves the right to ask the user to pay for the amount they received in discounts, or to return the product or benefit.
