Prerequisites for using the SkyTone app

Prerequisites for using the SkyTone app in countries/regions outside Chinese mainland are as follows:

1. Currently, SkyTone is available only on the international-version of Mate 40 Pro phones mounted with HiSilicon chips. Other international phone models are not supported，And the EMUI version needs to be 11.0.

2. You have logged in to a HUAWEI ID registered for a country/region that supports SkyTone.The registration place of the login account must be the same as the service place of the AppGallery. For example, if the registration place of the login account is Singapore, the AppGallery service place must be Singapore.

The supported countries/regions are as follows:

Asia: Hong Kong (China), Malaysia

Middle East: Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan

Latin America: Mexico, Colombia
