1. Introduction to APAC Region Warranty
To provide consumers with a premium service experience, we have configured APAC Region Warranty. Consumers can enjoy warranty and paid repair services in the supported country/region stated in section 2.1 below. For details about the benefits and usage rules, see the following sections.
2. Supported Countries/Regions
2.1 Countries/Regions where the product is for sale: China, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore.
*The commencement time of the warranty service in a country/region is subject to the time when the product is for sale in that country/region.
*The device purchase from China unable to claim at the other country however if purchase from other APAC country can claim at China.

5. Scenarios and Strategies
5.1 Warranty in the local country/region
Follow the existing warranty policies of each country/region. For details, see the warranty policies on the Support official website of each country/region.
5.2 Cross-country/region warranty
5.2.1 Basic warranty period and in-warranty repair of the device
The basic warranty period and in-warranty repair policy are implemented according to the policies of the country/region where the product is purchased. For details, see section 5.3.
5.2.2 Man-made damage service with surviving device warranty
Definition: Despite man-made damages during the warranty period, the repair for the main device can still be covered under warranty if the conditions listed in the following table are met. The following table lists the general rules for renewing warranty for the main device.

The user agrees to pay a one-off repair fee for man-made damages, the main device is within the warranty period, and the cases in section 5.2.3 are not involved. |

5.2.3 Chargeable repair out of the warranty
Definition: If any of the cases listed in the following table occurs during the warranty period, or the warranty period of the main device has expired, the in-warranty service will no longer be provided for the main device. Only the paid components are covered under warranty.

*The basic warranty period in the preceding countries/regions is for the main device. The warranty period of accessories such as chargers is subject to the general warranty policy of the country/region.
*The in-warranty maintenance period and post-maintenance warranty period of the device in each country/region comply with relevant laws and regulations of the country/region. If there is any conflict, resolve it based on relevant laws and regulations of each country/region.
