Terms & Conditions

1. Free HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year) - 1 Year 1 Time Accidental Damage Protection (During the service validity period, the repair of the mainboard, front cover, back cover, and camera failure caused by accidental damage is subject to a service fee of RM99 for each component, and other components are repaired free of charge) and 1 Year Battery Replacement (The battery is eligible for replacement if its health drops below 85% during the 12-month coverage period, subject to in-store inspection results).

2. APAC Region Warranty - Joint warranty for countries in the Asia-Pacific region, APAC country who selling HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro and HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra can enjoy official coverage in APAC region, countries and regions which include Malaysia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand.

3. Priority Service - HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra customer who visits the service center will have priority to repair.

4. Free Collection and Delivery- Free delivery and return by courier after repair, with no shipping fee for repair services within warranty period.
