1. HUAWEI Service Upgrade Program (“Campaign”) is organized by HUAWEI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“HUAWEI”) at the participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Center(s) (“ASC”) listed below: -

2. HUAWEI Service Upgrade Program (“Campaign”) is organized by HUAWEI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“HUAWEI”). This Campaign will run from 1st May 2025 to 31st December 2025 (“Campaign Period”). HUAWEI shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the HUAWEI Service Upgrade Program Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Only HUAWEI devices which are sold through authorized channels in Malaysia are eligible participate in this activity. For more information, kindly refer to the table below:

4. Free expert solution is only available for walk-in service or walk-in appointment customers of selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers as mentioned in Section 1.
5. Customer is entitled to enquire on getting free expert consultation at any HUAWEI Authorized service center on HUAWEI device setup, software or functionality issues. For the avoidance of doubt, no additional fees will be charged to customer.
FREE CLEANING AND REFRESH
6. Free Cleaning and refresh is only available for walk-in service or walk-in appointment customers of selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers mentioned in Section 1.
7. All device type can get a professional exterior cleaning & dust removal at zero cost. For clarification, this does not include cleaning which required disassembly such as PC dissemble internal cleaning.
FREE DIAGNOSIS
8. Customers can participate at the selected Authorized Service Centers listed in section 1 or can enjoy this service via walk-in appointment, Postal Repair, Send-for-Repair (2B).
9. Free diagnosis service includes receiving a complete, complimentary diagnostic assessment for your HUAWEI device, covering performance, software and system health free of charge.
FREE SYSTEM RENEWAL
10. Customers can participate this free system renewal via walk-in appointment, walk-in service, postal repair, send-for-repair (2B).
11. Free system renewal is available for all device type.
12. The system renewal includes the installation of the operating system and essential drivers. Additional software installations are not included.
FREE ROUND-TRIP SHIPPING
13. Free round-trip shipping means that customers are entitled to enjoy complimentary round-trip shipping for certain device repairs; skipping a trip to the service center.
14. Only certain types of device are eligible to participate in this free service which include smartphones/tablets, monitors, watches/bands, earphones, routers/mobile wifi-devices.
15. The entire postal repair service is expected to take 5-10 days (including logistic time and service center repair time, excluding: quotation time). In the event of holidays or force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes), the service time will be extended accordingly. PRIVACY
16. By participating in this Campaign, customer hereby agrees and provides consent to HUAWEI, its affiliates, and the ASC(s) to the use of any personal data as provided by the customer for the purpose of participation in Campaign in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HUAWEI and the ASC(s) for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign and in line with HUAWEI's Privacy Policy stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/my/legal/privacy-policy/.
GENERAL
17. Customer shall back up his/her data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in his/her device to ASC for diagnosis or repair. HUAWEI is not responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.
18. By participating in this Campaign, customer agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. Customer agrees to grant HUAWEI a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements of the customer, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the customer will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
19. If customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, HUAWEI reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the customer without notice.
20. By participating in this Campaign, customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
21. HUAWEI reserves the rights to add, modify and/or cancel the Terms and Conditions herein at any time without further notice.
22. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
