The HUAWEI STORE LAUNCH PROMOTION (the "Promotion") is organized by TWIRELESS INC., (the "Organizer") with its registered offices at UNIT 1506-A WEST TOWER, PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE RD., ORTIGAS CTR. All participants to the Promotion (“Participant(s)”) shall be deemed as having agreed to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Campaign Mechanism:
A: Eligibility
In order to participate in this Campaign,
customers (“Customer(s)”) must be:
A Huawei Store registered user on HUAWEI Philippines Online Official Store (https://www.consumer.huawei.com/ph) (“Huawei website”);
A resident in Philippines; and eighteen (18)
years of age and above as of 23rd September
2020.
B: Campaign Events:
This Campaign consists of the following three (3) events:

Review & Win
a) This “Review & Win” event will run from (GMT+8) 23rd September 2020, 12:00 AM till 31st October 2020, 11:59 PM (“Review & Win”).
b) By leaving a picture review for the Huawei product on the relevant product page on the Huawei Website during the Review & Win Period, the following Online Coupons will be credited directly to the Customer’s HUAWEI account for this “Review & Win” event during the Campaign Period. Customers will also get stand a chance to win one hundreds (100) unit of “HUAWEI Freelace”.
c) To leave a review the Customer must within the Review & Win Period:
(i) Have a registered account with Huawei Website and login to Huawei Website;
(ii) Complete the purchase of one (1) unit of Huawei product from Huawei Website;
(iii) Submit a picture review with more the 20 words for the purchased product on the relevant product page on the Huawei Website

d) Each review completed according to paragraph (iii) above will qualify as one (1) entry for this Review and Win event.
e) Each Customer will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry only for this Review and Win event.
f) One hundreds (100) winner of the HUAWEI Freelace Prize will be selected randomly by Organiser by random draw from the eligible entries. Decision of Organiser are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
g) Each (1) Customer with the same registered account with Huawei Website can win a maximum of one (1) unit of Review and Win Prize only throughout the Review & Win Period.
h) Winners of the Freelace Prize will be contacted via their registered email address (as registered with Huawei website) by 7th November 2020.
i) All Review and Win Prizes under this Review & Win event are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
j) All Prizes have minimum warranty of Organiser.
k) All Coupons is valid for one-time use only and is only valid for purchases made within the Campaign Period.
l) The Coupons will be credited directly to the Participant’s HUAWEI account at 11:00pm during the Review & Win Period.
m) The Online Coupons are applicable for purchases made on HUAWEI Website only.
n) Only one (1) Online Coupon can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
o) The Online Coupons cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
p) Huawei Freelace Coupon not used by 7th January 2021 will be forfeited automatically and cease to have any effect.
q) PHP500 off Coupon Coupons not used by 31st December 2020 will be forfeited automatically and cease to have any effect.
r) Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with Flash Sales.
Pre Order Offer
a) This “Pre Order Offer” event will run from (GMT+8) 30th September 2020, 12:00 AM till 16th October 2020, 11:59 PM (“Pre Order Offer”).
b) Customer who pre order a HUAWEI “Pre Order Offer” within the Campaign Period will be able to purchase the HUAWEI Pre Order Offer Product with the Promotional Price and/or to receive the corresponding Free Gifts (where applicable) as set out below:

d) Each Customer with the same registered account of HUAWEI Store can only purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of each HUAWEI Pre Order Offer Product throughout the Campaign Period.
e) The deposit paid of HUAWEI MatePad T 10 and HUAWEI MatePad T 10s is non-refundable.
f) Free Gifts during HUAWEI Pre Order Offer campaign period will sent as coupons to customers’ accounts.
g) Free Band 4 gift for HUAWEI MatePad T 10 is available for the first two hundreds (200) participants who pay the deposit and the final payment of the MatePad T10 during the campaign periods.
h) Free Freelace gift for HUAWEI MatePad T 10s is available for the first one hundred (100) participants who pay the deposit and final payment of the MatePad T10s during the campaign periods.
i) Free MatePad T10s Flip Covers for HUAWEI MatePad T 10s is available for all participants who pay the deposit and final payment of the MatePad T10s during the campaign periods.
j) The Promotion Price is only applicable to purchase of the HUAWEI Launch Offer Product made on the HUAWEI Store during the Campaign Period.
k) Only one (1) Online Coupon can be redeemed per product (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
l) Free Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
m) Free Gifts have minimum warranty of Organiser.
n) Free Gifts during HUAWEI Pre Order Offer campaign period have limited
Register to get 500P Coupon
a) This Register to get event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8), 11th October 2020 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 31st October 2020 ("Register to get ").
b) Customers need to register with Huawei website and must login to Huawei website during the period of “Register to get 500P Coupon”.
c) Each Customer of the same Huawei website account will have only one (1) chances to get the 500P Coupon.

The Participant agrees and provides consent to Organizer to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Promotion including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing, announcement of winners, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Promotion.
By participating and agreeing to this Terms and Conditions, Participant confirms that he/she has read and understood the Organizers’ Privacy Policy”stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/ph/support/service-privacy-notice/. The Participant agrees that Organizer and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Promotion.
In the event any prizes are being awarded to the participant having provided false identity or information, Organizer shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Organizer’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organizer reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Promotion.
In accepting the Prizes, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion. The Participants agree to grant Organizer a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the Participants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Organizer assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection to or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Promotion.
The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Promotion, including Facebook, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Promotion or to the Participant’s entry in the Promotion.
By entering into this Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organizer and the Organizer Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Promotion.
If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Promotion, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
