GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GO FURTHER WITH HUAWEI CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

1.Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The organizer of the competition is Huawei Technologies Phils., Inc. located on 53rd Floor, PBCom Tower, Ayala Avenue, corner V.A. Rufino Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City, 1200, Metro Manila, Philippines (herein: “Organizer”).

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The competition starts from 17th October 2025 at 00:01 to 7th November 2025 at 23:59 (“Campaign Period”). The deadline for registration is 7th November 2025 at 23:59. Please refer to section 5.2.1 for deadlines to complete the entry requirements. Entries received outside of these deadlines shall not be considered.

3. Important Information

3.1 The participant must take part in this Campaign based on their own exercise capability and participate in the Campaign activity in a safe and measured manner which is commensurate to their own exercise capabilities and limits.

3.2 The Organizer is not responsible for and shall be discharged from any and all liability whatsoever, which may arise from any direct or indirect loss, injury or death, caused by any person's actual or intended participation in the Campaign.

4. Eligibility for Participation

4.1 The competition is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) resident in the Philippines.

4.2 The Organizer's employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the competition, are excluded from participation.

4.3 Participation is only possible on one's own behalf and joint entries are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per competition.

4.4 Each participant may use only one Huawei ID or Strava account to participate. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification.

5. Participation

5.1 Participation in the competition is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services. Strava account, HUAWEI ID and internet access required.

5.2 The Campaign consists of two mechanics – Step 1 “Go further with Huawei Challenge” and Step 2 “Go further with Huawei Giveaway”. To take part in the competition, the following actions are required:

5.2.1 Step 1 “Go further with Huawei Challenge”

Strava App (“Platform A”) Record at least 210 minutes of Strava qualified activity within the Campaign Period 1. Sign up for the Go Further with Huawei Challenge in the Strava Challenge Gallery
2. Click “Join challenges” to ensure valid participation where the exercise activity will be recorded
HUAWEI Health App (“Platform B”) Run, walk or cycle for accumulation up to 21km in 21 days within the Campaign Period 1. Log in with a HUAWEI ID in HUAWEI Health App
2. Sign up for the Go Further with Huawei Challenge
3. Click “Join now” to ensure valid participation where the exercise activity will be recorded
4. Mandatory to turn on the following settings in HUAWEI Health in order to ensure that their activity data is recorded:
a. Me > Settings > Sync data manually;
b. Me > Privacy management > Sync Health data to Cloud

5.2.2 Participants may participate in one challenge only, on either of the platforms.

5.2.3 Participants are mandatory to Sign-up for the Newsletter: Following completion of the Go Further with Huawei Challenge, you will receive a link to the landing page where you will need to subscribe to the HUAWEI email newsletter within the campaign period. By subscribing and providing your email, you agree to receive the latest offers and information on Huawei products and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5.2.4 Step 2 “Go further with Huawei Giveaway”

Giveaway Platform Mechanic Requirement
TikTok Step 1: Complete either one of the challenges on Strava or Huawei Health.
Step 2: Share the screenshot of your completed challenge on TikTok and include hashtags #GoFurtherwithHUAWEIPH & #HUAWEIWATCHGT6, and tag @huaweimobileph in your caption.
Step 3: The post with the highest views on TikTok will be selected as the winner to receive a HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 for free.
Participants must set their TikTok account to public for the challenge post to be eligible.

5.3 Entries containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, offensive, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant.

5.4 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

5.5 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the competition, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

5.6 Participation in the competition is subject to Strava’s Terms of Service and its Community Standards found on https://www.strava.com/legal/terms and https://www.strava.com/community-standards

6. Prizes, Winning Criteria and Notification of the winner

6.1 All participants who have successfully completed the mechanics (see section 5.2) will receive the following prizes:

6.2 All eligible participants of either Platform A or Platform B (see section 5.2.1) will be entitled to join the grand prize giveaway.

6.3 All eligible entries from both platforms (see section 5.2.1) will share one grand prize giveaway pool.

6.4 The announcement of Grand Prize winner will be made by November 30 2025 or on any such other date determined by Organizer.

6.5 Winners will be notified via TikTok by November 30 2025 or such other period as may be determined solely by the Organizer.

6.6 Winners will have to provide the Organizer with details for verification and delivery purposes. Winning email/message that are not replied to within five (5) days (“Claim Period”), will be considered as prize unclaimed.

6.7 Redemption of the Small Gift is on first-come, first-served basis at selected HUAWEI Authorized Experience Stores listed below:

6.8 The winner will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

6.9 Prizes are subject to availability and the Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.10 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

7. Voucher Terms

7.1 This HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Series Voucher event will run from 00:00AM (GMT+8),17th October 2025 to 23:59PM (GMT + 8), 30th November 2025.

7.2 Participant(s) needs to log in to Philippines HUAWEI Online Store by phone number or email during the campaign period.

7.3 Only one (1) voucher can be used in a single order (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).

7.4 Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 The Organizer’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2 In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

8.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

8.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these terms and conditions and the competition are subject to the Philippines law.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1 Huawei reserves the right to hold it void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Campaign Terms and Conditions and mechanics if, at its sole discretion, it becomes necessary to do so for technical or security reason, suspected or actual fraud, consumer protection, legal reason, other reasons including any unforeseen reason or any reason that is out of its control.

We use only the minimum amount of personal data that is necessary to operate the Campaign to:

- Log in to manage the newsletter subscription;
- Issue the Campaign vouchers to you by using your email;
- Provide the Small Gift to you by using your data above;
- Contact you regarding the prize, if you are a winner;

We use your personal data for the organisation and logistics of the Campaign in accordance with rules for participation, and in our legitimate interests for internal reporting purposes to keep track of our activities and for reference in regard to future projects.

If you are a winner, we may announce you as a winner of the prize in accordance with the Campaign terms. The winner may object to their names or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced.

Security and fraud control: we use the personal data you provided at entry to ensure compliance with the Campaign terms.

If you fail to provide certain information to us, you may be prevented from participating in the Campaign.

How we share and store your data:

- We use intragroup and third-party service providers to help run and fulfil the Campaign. Our service providers have been carefully selected and commissioned by us and are contractually bound. They will not process your personal data for any other purpose. Your data will also be stored in our server in Singapore.

- Legal and regulatory disclosures: Huawei may share your data where there is a reasonable requirement to do so, for example, to meet requirements of applicable law and regulation, or in response to requests from regulators, courts or government agencies; or to establish or defend our legal rights.

- Your personal data will be stored in the Philippines.

How long we retain your data:

- Your data processed for the organisation and logistics of the Campaign will be deleted within two months after the Campaign ends.

- The email address used to receive newsletters will be stored until you revoke your consent (unsubscribe the newsletter).
