Serial number ("S/N" for short) refers to a product's ID, and is also known as the machine number, authentication code, and registration code.
You can view the S/N through the label on the packaging box, nameplate in the mouse battery compartment.

- Open the top cover along the mark at the tail of the mouse or from the buckle.
- Remove the battery from the battery compartment. You can find the nameplate at the bottom of the battery compartment.
If you cannot find the SN, go to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. (Paper and electronic invoices and valid vouchers from e-commerce channels can act as warranty proof.)
