Make calls to different people
- If you are only experiencing this issue when making calls to specific people, there may be an issue with the network or phone of the person you are calling.
- If this issue occurs with all calls, proceed with the troubleshooting.
Remove the earphones and test the call sound using the receiver
If the issue is resolved, the earphones may be faulty. In this case, replace the earphones with standard HUAWEI earphones or other normal earphones.
Check whether the signal of the phone is normal
- If your phone's signal is poor, refer to My HUAWEI phone/tablet has an unstable or poor signal, or no signal at all for troubleshooting.
- If your phone's signal is normal, back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
