- Adjust your eyewear, or take it off and wear it again.
Adjust your hair or the mask between the eyewear and your ears. Press the eyewear tightly to ensure that the temples are in close contact with your skin, to improve the wearing detection success rate and stability. You can take the eyewear off and put it on again as needed.
- Make sure that your eyewear has sufficient power.
The battery level of the eyewear is low, resulting in no tone being played. Check the battery level of your eyewear. If it is low, charge your eyewear in a timely manner.
- Choose a suitable size of eyewear.
If the eyewear size is not suitable for you, wearing detection may not work as well. In this case, you might not hear a prompt tone, or the prompt tone may only come from a single temple.
This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your device. It is important that you purchase an eyewear that is most suitable, so that the curves of the temples rest right on your ears. If the temples are too long/short, you can have the hinges replaced by going to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center.
