Unable to transfer files between my phone and HUAWEI Vision via Huawei Share

Problem:

Huawei Share has been enabled on both the phone and the Vision, which are connected to a normal Wi-Fi network. However, files can't be transferred via Huawei Share.

Solution:

• If the phone displays a message indicating that the file transfer fails, rectify the fault by referring to File sharing or transfer failure on my HUAWEI phone/tablet.
• If the Vision displays a message indicating that the file transfer fails, perform the following steps for troubleshooting:
  • Cancel the Bluetooth pairing between your phone and the Vision, and then transfer files between the two devices once again. To cancel the pairing, on the Vision, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, select your phone, and press the OK button on the remote control to select Unpair.
  • Re-enable Bluetooth/Huawei Share on both your phone and the Vision, and try transferring files again once both devices are connected to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Update the Vision to its latest version, and transfer files again. To update the Vision to its latest version, go to Settings > System > Software update. The Vision will automatically scan for new system versions. If a new version is available, follow the onscreen instructions to update the Vision to its latest version.
