  • If you have the device SN, you can check whether the benefit is valid or not via HUAWEI official website or My HUAWEI App or HUAWEI Hotline.
  • If you don't have the device SN, you can visit the nearest HUAWEI Authorized Service Center to confirm and the service center will repair the device according to the actual warranty condition.

  • This Campaign is applicable to all walk-in customers of Authorized Service Centers, Collection points and Postal repair services under the Authorized Service Center’s respective operating hours during the Campaign.
  • During the Campaign Period, Customer will be able to enjoy the One Price for out-of-warranty repair of the Selected Phone Models for Selected Spare Parts at Authorized Service Centers as set out above.
  • The aforementioned One Price for out-of-warranty repair is inclusive of the cost of Selected Spare Parts (as set out above) and labor fee.
  • This promotion is only to replace the battery of selected models, the price is inclusive of labor and material used.
  • Costs for spare parts outside the Selected Spare Parts will still be chargeable. This Campaign is applicable for Selected Phone Models which are purchased in Philippines only. The Selected Spare Parts replaced are entitled for 90 days of warranty starting from the date of repair finish of the repaired device. For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty applies only to the Selected Spare Parts replaced and does not cover damage resulting from mishandling of the repaired device or human induced damage.
  • The stocks of Selected Spare Parts of each Authorized Service Centers are subject to availability and will be supplied on a first come, first served basis.
  • The promotion under this Campaign cannot be enjoyed together with any other promotions of HUAWEI.
  • Customer shall back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in the device to Authorized Service Centers for diagnosis or repair. To the fullest extent permitted by laws, HUAWEI shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.
  • By participating in this Campaign, Customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  • HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time. If Customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, HUAWEI reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the Customer without notice. This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Battery Maintenance Guide

To make the best use of your battery, do not expose the device to high temperature or high voltage scenarios. Below are some detailed suggestions:

  • Do not place your device in a high-temperature environment (>45°), in direct sunlight, or in close proximity to a heating device, such as a heater or oven.

  • Do not use your device (especially to run power-intensive gaming or video apps) while it is charging, in order to prevent overheating.
  • Disconnect the charger from your device when it is fully charged.
