Therefore, Huawei provides postal repair service in Philippines for Huawei and Honor products (excluding smart TVs, vehicle-mounted products, and inbox accessories) purchased through Huawei-authorized channels. By postal repair, users can send their products for repair by mail and do not need to pay for the delivery.

How Long Will Postal Repair Service Take?

Within Metro Manila Areas:

Picking up from your address is 7 business days and returning the device back to your address would require additional 3 business days (excluding the repair time that would take 1-3 working days). Overall estimated turn around time for the whole process may take 13 business days. This is an estimated time only and may vary due to logistics.

Outside Metro Manila Areas:

Picking up from your address is 14 days and returning the device back to your address would require additional 14 days (excluding the repair time that would take 1-3 business days). Overall estimated turn around time for the whole process may take 31 days. This is an estimated time only and may vary due to logistics.
