<p>Please follow these steps:</p>
<p>- Search for "Huawei Health" in HUAWEI AppGallery or in other app stores to download and install the app.</p>
<p>- Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the Huawei Health app, and enter the Devices screen.</p>
<p>- Select the name of your watch and its Bluetooth name.</p>
<p>- Upon receiving a pairing request, your watch will vibrate. Touch the √ on the watch screen to confirm the pairing.</p>

Is it heavy to wear the Band 7 for whole day?
<p>Huawei managed to offer a band with bigger screen, and light weight in the same time! It only weighs 16g, with 9.99mm thickness, and 47mm span.</p>

<p>Hi, HUAWEI BAND 7 geared with a variety of handy features such as:</p>
<p>- Find my phone</p>
<p>- Remote camera shutter</p>
<p>- Music playback control</p>
<p>- Alarm, stopwatch, timer</p>
<p>- Flashligh</p>
<p>And even more! However, please notice that, remote shutter is only available with EMUI 8.1 or later. Also, currently, the Music playback control is not available with iOS</p>

<p>You'll enjoy a long lasting batterylife with 2 week long of typical use, and 10 days of heavy use!</p>
<p>You can enjoy 2 days of usage with only 5 mins of charging which is very impressive.</p>
<p>But remember that, heavy usage is considered under the following conditions: heart-rate monitoring on and HUAWEI TruSleep™ on; screen checked briefly 500 times, 50 messages, 6 calls and 3 alarm reminders within 24 hours; workout for 60 minutes per week. Actual use time may vary depending on your usage habits.</p>
