  • Q1. What is the HUAWEI Service Treat?
    A: It's a seasonal reward campaign offered by HUAWEI Service, where customers have the opportunity to receive a Promotion Gift when visiting a HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Menlyn and the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Cornubia for a professional repair service.
    This Promotion is available to any customer who brings any HUAWEI device (wearable, phone, tablet, or audio device) to HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Menlyn and HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Cornubia. All customers are eligible, regardless of whether their device is still covered by warranty.
  • Q2. How long will the Promotion last?
    A: From the 28th of January 2026 to 31st of March 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  • Q3: Do the customers need to pay for the Promotion Gifts?
    A: No. A Promotion Gift will be provided with any in-store repair service during this campaign (such as a HUAWEI wearable straps, HUAWEI phone covers, HUAWEI charging cable, and/or HUAWEI Charger).
    Promotion Gifts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis while stocks last. Only available at HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Menlyn and Cornubia Mall.
  • Q4: Can a customer claim multiple gifts by bringing multiple devices?
    A: Each participating customer (subject to valid identity information or HUAWEI ID) is only eligible to claim a single Promotion Gift during the entirety of this Promotion. This is to ensure that we can serve as many customers as possible.
  • Q5: Will I receive Promotion Gift if I book my device for expert solution and device cleaning at HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Menlyn and HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Cornubia?
    A: Participants will not receive a Promotion Gift after consulting on device setup, software or functionality issues and Participants will not receive a Promotion Gift when booking a device for cleaning, these are excluded from the Promotion.

HUAWEI Service Treat Promotion Terms & Conditions
28th January 2026 – 31st March 2026

1. Introduction

1.1 HUAWEI Service Treat ("Promotion") is organized and managed by HUAWEI Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd ("HUAWEI"), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Organizers").

1.2 Promotion Gifts will only be available at HUAWEI Authorized Service Center located in Menlyn and Cornubia Mall).

1.3 Participant will not receive a Promotion Gift for participating in the following:

• Consultation on device set up, software and/or functionality issues, and

• Cleaning or refreshing your device.

1.4 The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.

1.5 By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organizers and the Organizers decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

1.6 This Promotion will run from 28th January 2026 – 31st March 2026, (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

1.7 The Promotion deals exclusively with HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers within the Republic of South Africa.

2. Claiming the Promotion Gift

a) Professional repairs: Participants will receive a Promotion Gift as per clause 4.3 after having their HUAWEI device repaired. Promotion Gifts will only be available in HUAWEI Authorized Service Center located in Menlyn and Cornubia Mall.

b) Any HUAWEI device qualifies pertaining to clause 2.

c) Expert Solutions: Participant will not receive a free gift after consulting on device setup, software or functionality issues.

d) Cleaning and refresh: Participant will not receive a gift when booking a device for cleaning.

e) Promotion Gifts may vary from HUAWEI wearable straps valued at R699 (six hundred and ninety-nine rand) each, HUAWEI phone covers valued at R699 (six hundred and ninety-nine rand) each and HUAWEI charging cable, and/or HUAWEI Charger valued at R299 (two hundred and ninety-nine rand) each. For more information, please visit one of the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center Menlyn Mall and Cornubia Mall. Each Promotion Gift will be given to Participants when Participants receive their device back after repairs are completed.

f) Promotion Gifts may vary depending on the specific store, on a first-come, first-serve basis and while stocks last. For more information, please visit the HUAWEI Customer Service Center.

g) HUAWEI will not be responsible for any losses, claims, costs and/or damages, unauthorized use, and/or distribution of the Promotion Gifts.

h) Promotion Gifts will not be refundable for returned purchased goods.

3. 20% discount on HUAWEI Care+ for selected HUAWEI devices

a) Participants will receive a 20% off discount when purchasing HUAWEI Care+ add on. Available for both online and in-store purchases. For more information, please visit https://consumer.huawei.com/za/support/huawei-care-plus/.

b) HUAWEI Care+ provides consumers with repairs for HUAWEI handsets devices which cover damages resulting from accidental drops, impacts, water and/or liquid penetration.

c) Participants can purchase HUAWEI Care+ Damage Protection for applicable qualifying devices for 1 Year or for 2 Years at a 20% (twenty) percent discounted rate. For more information, please visit https://consumer.huawei.com/za/support/huawei-care-plus/.

d) HUAWEI Care+ Discount offer is only applicable to Menlyn Mall, Sandton City and Cornubia Mall stores.

e) Participants will pay a service fee when claiming HUAWEI Care+ Accidental Damage Protection, being R 499 (four hundred and ninety-nine rand) for each repair.

f) Participants will pay a service fee of R 2999 (two thousand nine hundred ninety-nine rand) when redeeming the Screen Damage Benefits for the HUAWEI MATE XT l ULTIMATE DESIGN.

g) The Service fee for the HUAWEI Mate X6 is R 1999 (one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine rand).

4. General Terms and Conditions

4.1 The Promotion is valid from 28th January 2026 to 31st March 2026.

4.2 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organizer’s.

4.3 The Promotion, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer’s. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer’s. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer’s as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.

4.4 The Organizer reserves the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organizer notifies the Promotion Participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.

4.5 The Promotion, any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer’s. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer’s. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.

4.6 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organizer for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organizer’s Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organizer whatsoever.

4.7 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.8 All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organizer, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss and/or damages, claims and costs, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Promotion Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.

4.10 South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
