1. What is the HUAWEI Service PLUS?
A: Based on Huawei standardized service, HUAWEI Service PLUS is an extra service pack providing for the consumers, which not only enables you to enjoy more convenient and warm Huawei service, but also to keep your devices in best condition.
HUAWEI Service PLUS contains the followings:

FREE Device Diagnosis
1. Under which circumstances can I enjoy the Free Diagnosis?
A: During the HUAWEI Service PLUS period, if you think there might be an issue of your device, then you can enjoy the Free Diagnosis.
2. How does this Free Diagnosis run a test on my device?
A: Our engineers will use the professional diagnosing tools to run an overall test on the device, which covers 15 categories and 37 detailed types, such as device performance, audio, display, touchscreen, camera, charging ability, SIM card, buttons, fingerprint identification and so on.
3. Can I request for repairing the device if diagnosed an issue?
A: If your device is still under warranty, and the issue is covered by warranty, then your device can be repaired for free. If not, we will quote you a fee for repair, and you can decide whether to accept or not.
4. If out-of-warranty issue has been diagnosed, and I would like to give up repair, do I still need to pay for the diagnosis?
A: No, you don't. During the HUAWEI Service PLUS period, Huawei will afford the diagnosis fee for you.
5. How long will the diagnosis take?
A: Usually takes 20 minutes. It may be longer in case of special situation.
6. Will Huawei retain my personal data during the diagnosis?
A: We promise you that your personal data will not be retained.
7. Will my personal data be deleted after the diagnosis?
A: The diagnosis will not delete your personal data.
FREE Sterilization and System Optimization
1. Under which circumstances can I enjoy the Sterilization and System Optimization?
A: During HUAWEI Service PLUS period, you can enjoy these services at any time if you need.
2. How do this Sterilization and System Optimization proceed on my device?
A: For Sterilization, our technician will clean up your device with the cleaning suite and then disinfect your device for 3 minutes by UV light. And for System Optimization, you can proceed the operations with the installed Optimiser APP under the guidance of our service staff to complete the service of “One Key Optimization" and "Clean-up Acceleration", which will keep your device in best condition.
3. How long will the Sterilization and System Optimization take?
A: Usually takes about 15 minutes.
4. Will my personal data be deleted after the System Optimization?
A: You can select the data which you need to optimize.
5. Can I choose both or one of them to enjoy between the Sterilization and System Optimization?
A: Yes, you can.
6. Why can't I use enjoy the System Optimization through postal repair service?
A: The System Optimization is related to your personal data, and you’re required to proceed the operations by yourself with the guidance provided by our service staff face to face. .
