1. Introduction

HUAWEI Pura 90s Series Service Benefits Complimentary (“Promotion”) is organized and managed by HUAWEI Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“HUAWEI”), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. This Promotion is comprised of 4 (four) services:

• HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year) - Complimentary;
• Complimentary Screen Protector Service;
• Unlimited Battery Replacement; and
• Free Lifetime Software Support

(“Promotion”)

3. Free 1 (one) year HUAWEI Care+ enables Participants to claim once for a repair during 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase of the Pura 90s Series. Accidental Damage Protection provides extra protection for replacement of the original HUAWEI Pura 90s Series, spare parts damage caused by physical damage, water and/or liquid damage.

4. The HUAWEI Pura 90s Series comprises of the HUAWEI Pura 90s Pro and the HUAWEI 90s Pro Max models.

5. Unlimited Battery Replacement Service is available when the battery capacity falls below 85%.

6. Participants can enjoy up to 4 (four) free screen protectors for HUAWEI Pura 90s Pro and HUAWEI Pura 90s Pro Max device within 1 (one) year from date of purchase at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.

7. Free Lifetime Software support covers all software related issues such as App downloads, software bugs and updates, only applicable to the HUAWEI Pura 90s Series.

8. The HUAWEI Pura 90s Series will have MEA & APAC Warranty which will be covered in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, South Africa, Mauritius, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong (China), Macao (China). Where a consumer seeks after-sales service or warranty support in a country/Region other than the Country/Region of Purchase, HUAWEI shall provide after-sales service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, regardless of the warranty period applicable in the Country/Region of Purchase. 9. Unlock the free 1 (one)Month 200GB Mobile Cloud Storage in the first month after purchase date, the free 1 (one)Month 200GB Mobile Cloud Storage is valid for a single promotional period of 30 (thirty)days from activation. To maintain service beyond this period, a recurring subscription fee will apply. You may cancel at any time prior to the end of promotional month to avoid charges. Only available for HUAWEI Pura 90s Series.

10. The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.

11. By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organizers and the Organizers decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

12. This Promotion commences on 20th July 2026 and is ongoing, (the “Promotion Period”).

13. The Promotion deals exclusively with purchases made at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers, HUAWEI Experience Stores & Online stores within the Republic of South Africa.

14. Only Promotion devices being the HUAWEI Pura 90s Series will qualify for this Promotion.

15. This Promotion is automatically activated from the date of purchase of the HUAWEI Pura 90s Series No sign up is required.

16. Upon redeeming the Promotion at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centre Tygervalley, Cornubia, Menlyn, Sandton City and SSS Cellular. Participants will be required to pay a service fee of R499 (four hundred and ninety-nine rand) including Vat for service charges.

17. In the event of a Participant wanting to upgrade to the HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years), the Participant is required to make the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase of the initial HUAWEI Pura 90s Series. The purchase must be made before this Promotion is claimed.

18. The Promotion will not affect the standard warranty of a device.

20. HUAWEI Pura 90s Series exclusive benefit is worth R4999, this benefit cannot be transferred or sold.

21. Theft and loss are excluded.

22. HUAWEI 2 Years Official Warranty, covers defects that comes from Manufacturer faults.

23. Wear and tear are not covered by the official warranty.

24. Free pick-up and delivery from/to your home for repairs.

25. General Terms and Conditions

26. The Promotion commences on 20th July 2026 and is ongoing.

27. The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organizer.

28. The Promotion, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.

29. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Promotion for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organizer notify the Promotion Participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.

30. The Promotion, any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Promotion, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer. No Promotion Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.

31. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Promotion immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organizer for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organizer’s Promotions Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organizer whatsoever.

32. In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

33. All Promotion Participants indemnify the Organizer, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims, costs, losses and/ or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Promotion Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Promotion.

35. South African law shall govern these Promotion rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
