Terms & Conditions

    This “1 year extended warranty” plan (“Extended Warranty Plan”) extends warranty on Huawei P30 series, Mate20 series, nova4 series, nova3i mobile handset and MediaPad M5, M5 Pro tablet only for an additional one (1) year upon the expiry of the initial first year warranty period subject to the terms and conditions. Accessories provided with the handset like power adapter, battery, headphones and any other accessories supplied in the box are not covered in this Extended Warranty Plan.

  1. This Extended Warranty Plan will run from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019.

  2. This Extended Warranty Plan is limited to each purchase made on the Huawei P30 series|Mate20 series|nova4 series|nova3i mobile devices and MediaPad M5, M5 Pro tablet from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019 in Malaysia only.

  3. In order to be eligible for this Extended Warranty Plan, customer shall claim his entitlement for the said extended warranty at HiCare during the event period starting from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019.

  4. After claiming the entitlement at HiCare, the extended warranty period will be reflected within seven (7) business days from the date of claim. Customer may query the above extended warranty in Warranty Period & Support Service Query on Hicare or Huawei Official Website.

  5. Huawei ID is required for the redemption of Huawei Extended Warranty Plan.

  6. Huawei reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.
